As long as I can remember myself, I have always been interested in the spiritual side of life, searching for the ways and means to unlock the mystery of existence. In my early days (probably due to yearnings from past incarnations) I made a deep contact with Buddhism. As soon as I heard there was a path leading to the awakening to ultimate truth i.e. the enlightenment, I began to look for it. Majoring in history at the Tartu University, I focused on the history of religions and the Oriental studies. It was the beginning of extensive collection of knowledge. I was captivated by Western and Eastern esotericism and involved also in the work of a group of artists calling themselves Studio 22 for over 10 years. I painted a lot and participated in numerous exhibitions in the early 1990’s. Then I realised that for me, the value of art stands in the eternalization and sharing of authentic experiences – the genuine and bright states of mind. From then on, I’ve been aspiring to it. My works are displayed here (www.valgusesaar.ee/grethiel_eng.htm). I experienced a great upheaval in my personal life after turning 30. It was related to contacts with the mysteries of birth and death. It was then that my children were born and my brother (who was also my best friend) died. I realized there is no such thing as death. Life goes on in everlasting circles, simply taking us from one state to another. Life, as we know it, is actually made up of a line of minor deaths. We change continuously. Immortality is to remember the continuum of consciousness (i.e. remembering the self) through these ever-changing states of mind. It happened a couple of months before the death of my brother that I quite unexpectedly (and totally unprepared) received the profound and mystical gift of anointment with Light that changed my life completely. I was lying in bed next to my child, thinking of somebody. I tried hard to forgive that person. I guess I succeeded, as the room was suddenly filled with light and me in the midst of it like a channel to the Light that was pouring into and through me... It was an uninterrupted, bright and abundant experience... I felt my heart unfolding and expanding like a blossom. Soon enough I learnt to invoke and direct the Light and use it for the purpose of healing. Now I know it was my first clear encounter with the angels and my spiritual guides, who assisted my contacts with the Source and who, from then onwards, have directed me towards discovering my purpose in life. It was then that I met the Swedish healer and clairvoyant Anita Malmberg. To her belong my deepest love and gratitude. I learnt healing, channelling and guided meditations from Anita. In addition, she helped me to see myself – my true, boundless and eternal being. This is one of the greatest gifts another person can give to you. Having experienced the illusion of death, my perception of life changed. Day after day sensitive powers, as well as the ability to communicate with the world, invisible to our daily reality, that I was slowly becoming aware of after the Anointment, increased. From then on, I‘ve been searching for descriptions to mystical experiences happening in my life and the initiations taking place in my microcosm. I’ve found most of such descriptions from various New Age texts and channelled materials, but also from the esoteric texts of various cultures and religious traditions. After the discovery of “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” by Drunvalo Melchizedek, a book filled with codes expanding our consciousness and awakening the dormant abilities, I suddenly found myself from a highway, so to speak. It was in early 2001. A month later, Franz Winkler, an experienced Mer-Ka-Ba (i.e. lightbody) teacher, trained by Drunvalo Melchizedek, came to Estonia. He had received the message from the spiritual realm to come here. It was like meeting with an old friend and he was of inestimable help to me and my husband and twin-flame Marko Sekitel. We feel the deepest gratitude towards him. He spent a lot of time and energy to share with us his knowledge and skills. He even supported the publishing of Drunvalo's book in Estonian language financially! Within 1.5 years, he visited Estonia many times (2001-2002) and conducted many Flower of Life workshops here. I was one of the interpreters at these seminars. Later on I began to teach Mer-Ka-Ba myself. As a teacher of the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation, Franz first belonged to the organization of the Flower of Light facilitators, but today he works as an independent teacher. (He lives with his wife in Italy.) I myself have also tried not to get involved with any organization or institution. Firstly, because I value my independence too highly. Secondly, my opinion is that it is extremely difficult to keep any, no matter how high, teaching alive, when the mediator is bound by egregoric (institutional) framework. The insights of a person following a spiritual path refine and change continuously and we all need some space, from time to time, to rephrase our personal truths. It is only this way that we can avoid dogmatism and maintain spiritual freedom to let go of all our limitations and illusions, and unfold step by step to our true potential. In 2002 we created the Valgusesaar homepage with Marko Sekitel to translate and communicate the information that touched and awoke us so profoundly at that time. I became a Reiki master in the same year and it signified a major improvement of my channelling abilities. In the same year – 2002 – our publishing house "Valgusesaar" was also born. We began to hold seminars at the same time or shortly before that. Doing the work, it is always my intention to show people the divine vastness, love, wisdom, beauty and power they’re holding within. In 2004 I established the School of Sacred Geometry and Creation "The Law of One". What I share at the classes, changes and refines constantly. This school helps people spot their purpose in life and activate their lightbodies, so that they could experience connection with their spirit and soul and anchor their powerful I Am Presence – the part of us that has never left the Source – in their lives. I have also introduced Drunvalo's method to the sacred space of the heart that is, on one hand, a gate to the other realms and higher dimensions, and on the other hand, a shortcut to the Source – the fountain of our true being. But in recent years I have mostly shared my own mystic experiences that include encounters and conversations with God (the Source Self) and the Great Goddess – the Creatrix of All That Is. Although the name of this school points to the importance of the sacred geometry, it is not (anymore) our primary focus. As sacred geometry is only a map of the movement of spirit and its manifestations in the vibrational universes and although this map is captivating and reading it is a solemn experience, connection with the Spirit (i.e. God/Goddess) is what really matters. To me, sacred geometry is also the visual expression of the Higher Will. NB! Some of the workshops of the School of Sacred Geometry and Creation are now also available in audio format (in Estonian language). In my present incarnation, I consider communication and mediation of the models from the spiritual world that will create positive future and help people to open up to the divine love, activate one’s lightbody and establish and maintain contact with one’s divine and powerful I Am Presence as one of my tasks on the Earth. These abilities will equip you with greater freedom to define yourself and your path in life and allow independence from egregors (institutions). However, the activation of the lightbody and the anchoring of the I Am Presence (i.e. your Spirit or Source Self) does not mean the end of work with yourself but the beginning of it. Increased personal power always mean deeper personal responsibility, hence the importance of harmonizing your actions (also thoughts, feelings, words and personal will) with the Higher Will (and Higher Wholeness). First of all, this means the ability to choose, in any situation, the way of action that will serve the greatest good of everyone. Only after this skill has been obtained, it becomes possible to refine and learn to use your lightbody. This process is unfolding on planet Earth anyway. More and more people become aware of their bodies of light, allowing them to function simultaneously on various levels of being and anchor higher and purer vibrations from the spiritual realms on the Earth, healing thereby our planet.
